Back-up Camera Installation in Ridgeline

=======>

The antenna wire (left) and power wires (right) thread through the holes that accommodate the license plate retaining screws. I taped the antenna wire into place around the inside of the rear bumper to the left. The power wires fed through to the right taillight assembly and were spliced into the reverse lamp. On my 2007 Ridgeline the red wire from the camera connected to the green/black wire of the reverse lamp, and the camera's black wire connected to the truck's orange wire (backwards from what I expected). The monitor just plugs into a cigarette lighter and receives a radio signal from the camera, so no further wiring is needed. The whole assembly took less than 30 minutes and I have found the results to be excellent, assisting greatly in my ability to accurately judge my backing distance (the truck has limited visibility due to the high rear window and tailgate).
